Introduction
Welcome to Pune AI Conference (“PAIC”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PAIC landing page, membership application process, and related services. By using the website and submitting an application, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Pune AI Conference ("Event") or accessing our website (puneaiconf.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.
2. Event Details
The Pune AI Conference is a live online session scheduled for March 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM IST. The session will be conducted via Zoom. Access details will be provided to registered participants via email.
3. Registration & Eligibility
Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above. The event is designed for business founders, CXOs, managers, and professionals. We reserve the right to decline registrations at our discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
The registration fee is ₹2,000 (INR) per seat, payable in full at the time of registration. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed only upon successful payment.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@puneaiconf.in within 7 days of purchase and we will process your refund within 2 business days. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or after the session has been attended.
If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
6. Recording & Intellectual Property
The session will be recorded. Registered participants will receive access to the recording for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the recording or any materials provided.
All content presented during the session — including slides, frameworks, prompt libraries, and tool stacks — is the intellectual property of Pune AI Conf and the session facilitator. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to engage respectfully during the session. Disruptive behavior, harassment, spam, or unauthorized promotion during the session will result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pune AI Conf provides this session for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at puneaiconf.in/terms. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Access & Usage Restrictions
Each registration is valid for one individual only. One payment grants access to a single attendee.
Sharing of access links, forwarding Zoom invites, or allowing multiple participants to join using a single registration is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access without refund if misuse is detected.
