Welcome to Pune Business Forum (“PBF”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PBF landing page, membership application process, and related services. By using the website and submitting an application, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Membership
Membership is open only to business founders, owners, and operators who are serious about growth, peer learning, and collaboration. By applying, you represent that you meet these qualifications and agree to adhere to our membership standards.
2. Fees & Payments
The membership fee is ₹2,000 (INR) per session year. All fees must be paid in full before participation in any session or community activities. PBF reserves the right to change fees at any time with prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support at hello@punebusinessforum.com.
4. Code of Conduct
All members agree to engage respectfully with peers, honor session guidelines, and avoid disruptive behavior. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or solicitation of other members during sessions is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination
PBF may suspend or terminate membership if you violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or provide false information. Termination may occur without refund at PBF's sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBF and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in events. You agree to indemnify PBF for any claims related to your actions or content.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
