If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. No questions asked.

2. After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, except in the following circumstances:

- The event is cancelled by Pune AI Conf
- A technical failure on our end prevents your access to the session

3. Event Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel the session, all registered participants will be notified immediately and issued a full refund within 5 business days. We will also offer priority registration for any rescheduled session.
